ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Not only was my car fit into their busy schedule but the work was flawless and they were the most affordable place out here! I had recently got a car that needed the alternator changed and three serpentine belts replaced. My wife and I changed out the alternator on our own and noticed an alternator mounting bolt was missing. We ordered the bolt which was coming in a few weeks and decided to take the car into A&M Auto Repairs just to get the belts changed. Not only were the belts replaced but the mounting bolt was installed as well, something we never talked about or asked for!! The mechanic was quick and the communication was superb. Would %100 recommend to friends and family and they just got a new customer for life.

I wrote a negative Google review a few days ago and I can't figure out how to take it down. I want to say, the owner, Mike, called me today in response to my review, and he made everything A-OKAY with me. He listened, he apologized up and down and over and over, and took care of me. In the future, if I need help or have a friend who needs help, I will definitely refer them to A&M Auto Repair. PS, if someone can help me figure out how to remove a Google review, I'd be most appreciative. Judi

We were visiting family in Lynnwood when our vehicle’s check engine light turned on. We tried calling repair shops near us for a diagnostic test to find out the problem but were told that they didn’t have time and it would be a week before we could schedule an appointment. Our son recommended A & M Auto Repair as he had his vehicle repaired at their Bellevue shop and was very pleased with their service. We called the Everett location since they were in our vicinity and David told us they could run the test but wouldn’t be able to work on our vehicle. David ran diagnostics test and pin pointed the problem immediately and luckily for us since it wasn’t a major issue he could repair today. He called with the repair estimate before working on my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car David said it was an easier fix then expected so he reduced the price quoted. To me that shows honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this Auto Repair Shop and will definitely bring my van here if I ever have problems while visiting. Thanks again David for your friendly and excellent service!
